We know and have seen how lives are transformed with regular exercise. Our training programs will take your ability and transform you into a runner. Our programs include a weekly updated training schedule, regular check ins and core training.
We also offer a standard training program.
We always aim to train a runner for a spesific race, but we make very sure that the race is far enough away to give you enough time to smash it
